1. Replace FFU hepa filter according to the cleanliness of the environment (primary filters are generally replaced every 1-6 months, hepa filters are generally replaced every 6-12 months; hepa filters are not washable).
2. Regularly measure the cleanliness of the clean area being purified by this product every two months using a particle counter. If the measured cleanliness level does not meet the required cleanliness level, investigate the cause (leakage, failure of the hepa filter, etc.). If the hepa filter has failed, replace it with a new one.
3. The FFU should be shut down when replacing hepa filter and primary filter.
4. When replacing hepa filter in FFU fan filter unit, pay special attention to ensuring that the filter paper is intact during unpacking, transportation, and installation. Do not touch the filter paper with your hands, which may cause damage.
5. Before installing FFU, hold new hepa filter against a bright spot and visually inspect it for damage caused by transportation or other factors. If the filter paper has holes, it cannot be used.
6. When replacing the hepa filter of the FFU, you should first lift the box, then take out the failed hepa filter and replace it with a new hepa filter (note that the airflow arrow mark on the hepa filter should be consistent with the airflow direction of the FFU fan filter unit). After ensuring that the frame is sealed, put the box cover back in place.
