Today we have completely finished production for a set of dust collector with 2 arms which will be sent to Armenia soon after package. Actually, we can manufacture different kinds of dust collector such as standalone dust collector, portable dust collector, explosion-proof dust collector, etc. We have over 20 years' experience and the annual capacity is 1200 sets in our factory. Now we would like to introduce something to you.

1. Structure

The structure of the dust collector is composed of an air inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe, a box body,an ash hopper, a dust cleaning device, a flow guide device, an air flow distribution distribution plate, a filter material and an electric control device. The arrangement of the filter material in the dust collector is very important. It can be arranged vertically on the box panel or tilted on the panel. From the perspective of dust cleaning effect, the vertical arrangement is more reasonable. The lower part of the flower board is the filter chamber, and the upper part is the air box pulse chamber. An air distribution plate is installed at the inlet of the dust collector.

2. Application Scope

Central dust collection system suitable for multi-station operations such as fine dust, feeding, mixing industry, cutting, grinding, sandblasting, cutting operations, bagging operations, grinding operations, sandblasting operations, powder placing operations, organic glass processing, automobiles Manufacturing, etc. are used in various working conditions such as large amounts of dust, particle recycling, laser cutting, and welding workstations.

3. Working Principle

After dust-laden gas enters ash hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, some coarse particles in airflow settle in ash hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces; after the dust particles with fine particle size and low density enter the dust filter chamber, through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and sieving, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the exhaust pipe through the fan. The resistance of the cartridge dust collector increases with the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material. The dust cleaning of the dust collector cartridge can be carried out automatically with offline high-voltage pulses or online with continuous dust cleaning controlled by a pulse controller. The off-line high-pressure pulse cleaning is controlled by the PLC program or the pulse controller to open and close the pulse valve. First, the poppet valve in the first chamber is closed to cut off the filtered air flow. Then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air expands rapidly in the upper box in a short time. Influx into the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge expands and deforms to vibrate, and under the action of reverse air flow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped and falls into the ash hopper. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. Clean each room in sequence, starting from the first room cleaning to the next cleaning. The dust starts a cleaning cycle. The fallen dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve. On-line dust cleaning means that the dust collector does not divide into rooms, and there is no poppet valve. When cleaning dust, it will not cut off the airflow and then clean the dust. It is directly under the control of the pulse valve, the pulse valve can be directly controlled by a pulse controller or PLC. During use, the filter cartridge must be replaced and cleaned regularly to ensure the filtration effect and accuracy. In addition to being blocked during the filtration process, part of the dust will be deposited on the surface of the filter material, increasing resistance, so it is generally replaced correctly. The time is three to five months!

4. Overview

The pulse controller is the main control device of the blowing and dust cleaning system of the pulse bag filter. Its output signal controls the pulse electric valve, so that the blown compressed air can circulate and clean the filter bag, and the resistance of the dust collector is kept within the set range. To ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. This product is a new generation product independently developed. It adopts editable program microcomputer control chip. The circuit adopts anti-high interference design. It has short circuit, undervoltage and overvoltage protection functions. The instrument is well sealed, waterproof and dustproof. Long life, and setting parameters is more convenient and faster.
