Air shower is a kind of important equipment used in clean room to prevent contaminants from entering clean area. When installing and using air shower, there are a number of requirements that need to be adhered to to ensure its effectiveness.

(1). After air shower is installed, it is prohibited to move or adjust it casually; if you need to move it, you must seek specific guidance from the staff and the manufacturer. When moving, you need to check the ground level again to prevent the door frame from deforming and affecting the normal operation of the air shower.

(2). The location and installation environment of the air shower must ensure ventilation and dryness. It is prohibited to touch emergency stop switch button under normal working conditions. It is prohibited to hit indoor and outdoor control panels with hard objects to prevent scratches.

(3) When people or goods enter sensing area, they can only enter the shower process after radar sensor opens the door. It is prohibited to transport large objects that are the same size as air shower from air shower to prevent damage to surface and circuit controls.

(4). Air shower door is interlocked with electronic devices. When one door is opened, the other door is automatically locked. Do not open the door during operation.

The maintenance of air shower requires corresponding operations according to specific problems and equipment types. The following are common steps and precautions when generally repairing air shower:

(1). Diagnose problems

First, determine specific fault or problem with air shower. Possible problems include fans not working, clogged nozzles, damaged filters, circuit failures, etc.

(2). Cut off power and gas

Before making any repairs, be sure to cut off the power and air supply to air shower. Ensure a safe work environment and prevent accidental injuries.

(3).Clean and replace parts

If the problem involves clogs or dirt, affected parts such as filters, nozzles, etc. can be cleaned or replaced. Make sure to use the correct cleaning methods and tools to avoid damage to the device.

(4).Adjustment and calibration

After parts are replaced or problems are solved, adjustments and calibrations are required. Adjust fan speed, nozzle position, etc. to ensure proper operation and performance of air shower.

(5).Check the circuit and connections

Check whether the circuit and connections of the air shower are normal, and ensure that the power cord, switch, socket, etc. are not damaged and the connections are firm.

(6).Testing and verification

After completing the repairs, restart the air shower and conduct necessary tests and verifications to ensure that the problem has been solved, the equipment is working properly, and meets the usage requirements.

When servicing air shower, safety practices and operating procedures should be followed to ensure personal safety and equipment integrity. For repair work that is complex or requires specialized knowledge, it is recommended to seek help from a professional supplier or technician. During the maintenance process, record relevant maintenance records and details for future reference.
