DETAILED CLEAN ROOM CONSTRUCTION STEPS

Different clean rooms have different requirements during design and construction, and the corresponding systematic construction methods may also be different. Consideration should be given to the rationality of the design, the progress of the construction, and whether the effect is up to standard. Only companies that specialize in clean room design and construction and have experienced teams can lay out clean room system more reasonably. The complete clean room construction process is roughly covered. It can be seen that the construction requirements of clean room are very high. Of course, only in this way can the final construction quality be ensured.

Clean room construction covers mechanical and electrical installation projects, fire protection projects and decoration projects. The projects are relatively complex and time-consuming. If there are no complete construction processes and steps, the error rate is very high, and the production of clean room has very high technical requirements. The construction process is also extremely strict, and there is a clear construction process to control the relevant environment, personnel, equipment and the most important production process. Clean room construction process is mainly divided into the following 9 steps.

1. Communication and on-site investigation

Before a project is carried out, it is necessary to fully communicate with the customer and conduct an on-site inspection. Only by knowing what the customer wants, the budget, the desired effect, and the cleanliness level can a reasonable plan be determined.

2. Quotation of design drawings

The clean room engineering company needs to make a preliminary design plan to the customer based on early communication and on-site inspection, and make adjustments according to the customer's requirements, and then manually give a total project quotation based on the materials.

3. Plan exchange and modification

The formation of a plan often requires multiple exchanges, and the final plan cannot be determined until the customer is satisfied.

4. Sign the contract

This is a business negotiation process. Any project must have a contract before construction, and only by acting in accordance with the contract can the rights and interests of both parties be ensured. This contract must stipulate various information such as the clean room construction process and the cost of the project.

5. Design and construction drawings

After signing the contract, a construction drawing will be produced. This step is very important, because the subsequent clean room project will be carried out strictly in accordance with this drawing. Of course, the construction drawings must conform to the previously negotiated plan.

6. On-site construction

At this stage, construction is carried out strictly in accordance with the construction drawings.

7. Commissioning and testing

After the project is completed, commissioning must be carried out according to the contract requirements and acceptance specifications, and various processes must be tested to see if they meet the standards.

8. Acceptance

If the test is correct, the next step is acceptance. Only after the acceptance is completed can it be put into formal use.

9. Maintenance

This is considered after-sales service. The construction party cannot just think that it can be ignored once it is completed. It still needs to assume some responsibilities and provide some post-sales services for the warranty of this clean room, such as equipment maintenance, filter replacement, etc.
