DETAILS THAT NEED TO BE PAID ATTENTION TO IN CLEAN ROOM

1. Clean room system requires attention to energy conservation. Clean room is a large energy consumer, and energy-saving measures need to be taken during design and construction. In the design, the division of systems and areas, calculation of air supply volume, determination of temperature and relative temperature, determination of cleanliness level and number of air changes, fresh air ratio, air duct insulation, and the impact of the bite form in air duct production on air leakage rate. The influence of the main pipe branch connection angle on air flow resistance, whether the flange connection is leaking, and the selection of air conditioning boxes, fans, chillers and other equipment are all related to energy consumption. Therefore, these details of clean room must be taken into consideration .

2. The automatic control device ensures full adjustment. Currently, some manufacturers use manual methods to control air volume and air pressure. However, since the regulating damper for controlling air volume and air pressure are in technical compartment, and the ceilings are all soft ceilings made of sandwich panels. Basically, they are adjusted during installation and commissioning. After that, most of them are not adjusted again, and in fact, they cannot be adjusted. In order to ensure the normal production and work of the clean room, a relatively complete set of automatic control devices should be set up to realize the following functions: clean room air cleanliness, temperature and humidity, pressure difference monitoring, air damper adjustment, high-purity gas, detection of temperature, pressure, flow rate of pure water and circulating cooling water, monitoring of gas purity, pure water quality, etc.

3. The air duct requires both economy and efficiency. In the centralized or clean room system, the air duct is required to be both economical and effective in supplying air. The former requirements are reflected in low price, convenient construction, operating cost, and smooth inner surface with low resistance. The latter refers to good tightness, no air leakage, no dust generation, no dust accumulation, no pollution, and can be fire-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and moisture-resistant.

4. Telephones and fire alarm equipment must be installed in clean room. Telephones and intercoms can reduce the number of people walking around in clean area and reduce the amount of dust. They can also contact outside in time in the event of a fire and create conditions for normal work contact. In addition, clean room should also be equipped with a fire alarm system to prevent fire from being easily discovered by outside and causing major economic losses.
