3. After the cleaning staff has prepared cleaning and maintenance tools and utensils and placed them at the required address, they can start cleaning. All cleaning supplies need to be taken to the designated cleaning room and stored separately from ordinary tools to avoid cross-contamination, and be sure to place them neatly.
4. After the cleaning work is completed, cleaning staff must store all cleaning utensils and tools in designated cleaning rooms to prevent cross-contamination. They must not dump them randomly in clean room.
5. When cleaning up waste on the road, the cleaning staff must carry out the work one by one from inside to outside according to the order of the production line of the clean room project; when cleaning the glass, walls, storage shelves and object cabinets inside clean room project, they should use cleaning paper or dust free paper to clean from top to bottom.
6. The cleaning staff change into special anti-static clothing, wear protective masks, etc, enter clean room after removing dust in the stainless steel air shower, and place the prepared cleaning tools and supplies at the specified location.
7. When cleaning personnel use dust pushers to carry out dust removal and cleaning services at various locations within the clean room project, they must carefully carry out the work one by one from inside to outside. Dust free paper should be used in time to remove road debris, stains, water stains, etc. Wait for cleaning immediately.
8. For the floor of the dust free clean room, use a clean dust pusher to push and clean the floor carefully from inside to outside. If there is garbage, stains or water marks on the ground, it should be cleaned with a dust free cloth in time.
9. Use the rest and meal time of the production line employees in dust free clean room to clean the floor under the production line, work bench, and chairs.
