How to effectively improve indoor air quality, choosing an appropriate air filtration solution is a key part of it.

The choice of air filtration depends on many factors, such as outdoor air quality, chemicals used, production and living environment, indoor cleaning frequency, plants, etc. We cannot improve outdoor air quality, but we can filter the gases circulating indoors and outdoors to ensure that the indoor air quality reaches the standard, it is necessary to install an air filter.

Technologies for removing particulate matter in the air mainly include mechanical filtration, adsorption, electrostatic dust removal, negative ion and plasma methods, and electrostatic filtration. When configuring a purification system, it is necessary to select appropriate filtration efficiency and a reasonable combination of air filters. Before choosing, there are several issues that need to be understood in advance:

This is related to the material of the filter, the selection of filtration levels, etc., especially in multi-stage purification. During the filtration process, selecting a pre-filter requires comprehensive consideration of outdoor environment, usage environment, operating energy consumption and other factors;

3. Select the correct filter: According to the use environment and efficiency requirements, select the appropriate filter size, resistance, dust holding capacity, filtration air velocity, processing air volume, etc., and try to choose high-efficiency, low-resistance, large dust-holding capacity, moderate wind speed, and processing The filter has a large air volume and is easy to install.

Parameters that must be confirmed when selecting:

1) Size. If it is a bag filter, you need to confirm the number of bags and bag depth;

2) Efficiency;

3) Initial resistance, the resistance parameter required by the customer, if there are no special requirements, select it according to 100-120Pa;

4. If the indoor environment is in an environment with high temperature, high humidity, acid and alkali, you need to use corresponding high temperature resistant and high humidity resistant filters. This type of filter needs to use corresponding high temperature resistant, high humidity resistant filter paper and partition board. As well as frame materials, sealants, etc., to meet the special needs of the environment.
