PERSONNEL PURIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC CLEAN ROOM

1. Rooms and facilities for personnel purification should be set up according to the size and air cleanliness level of the clean room, and living rooms should be set up.

2. The personnel purification room should be set up according to the needs of changing shoes, changing outer clothes, cleaning work clothes, etc. Living rooms such as rain gear storage, toilets, washrooms, shower rooms, and rest rooms, as well as other rooms such as air shower rooms, airlock rooms, clean work clothes washing rooms, and drying rooms, can be set up as needed.

3. The construction area of the personnel purification room and living room in clean room should be determined based on the scale of the clean room, air cleanliness level and the number of staff in clean room. It should be based on the average number of people designed in clean room.

4. The settings of personnel purification rooms and living rooms should comply with the following regulations:

(1) Shoe cleaning facilities should be located at the entrance of the clean room;

(2) The changing of outerwear and clean dressing rooms should not be set up in the same room;

(3) The coat storage cabinets should be configured according to the designed number of people in clean room;

(4) Clothes storage facilities should be set up to store clean work clothes and have air purification;

(5) Inductive hand washing and drying facilities should be installed;

(6) The toilet should be located before entering the personnel purification room. If it needs to be located in the personnel purification room, a front room should be set up.

5. The design of the air shower room in clean room should meet the following requirements:

①Air shower should be installed at the entrance of the clean room. When there is no air shower, an air lock room should be installed;

② Air shower should be located in the adjacent area after changing clean work clothes;

③A single-person air shower should be provided for every 30 people in the maximum class. When there are more than 5 workers in clean room, a one-way bypass door should be installed on one side of the air shower;

④The entrance and exit of the air shower must not be opened at the same time, and chain control measures should be taken;

⑤ For vertical unidirectional flow clean rooms with an air cleanliness level of ISO 5 or stricter than ISO 5, an airlock room should be installed.

6. The air cleanliness level of personnel purification rooms and living rooms should be gradually cleaned from outside to inside, and clean air that has been filtered by hepa air filter can be sent into clean room.

The air cleanliness level of the clean work clothes changing room should be lower than the air cleanliness level of the adjacent clean room; when there is a clean work clothes washing room, the air cleanliness level of the washing room should be ISO 8.
