Electrical wires in clean area and non-clean area should be laid separately; Electrical wires in main production areas and auxiliary production areas should be laid separately; Electrical wires in contaminated areas and clean areas should be laid separately; Electrical wires with different process requirements should be laid separately .

Electrical conduits passing through the building envelope should be sleeved and sealed with non-shrinking, non-combustible materials. Wiring openings entering clean room should be closed with non-corrosive, dust-free and non-combustible materials. In environments with flammable and explosive gases, mineral insulated cables should be used and laid independently. Bracket bolts for fixing distribution lines and equipment should not be welded on building steel structures. The grounding (PE) or zero-connecting (PEN) branch lines of construction distribution lines must be connected to the corresponding trunk lines individually and must not be connected in series.

Metal wired conduits or trunkings should not be welded with jumper ground wires, and should be jumpered with dedicated grounding points. Steel casings should be added where the grounding wires pass through the building envelope and the floor, and the casings should be grounded. When the grounding wire crosses the deformation joint of the building, compensation measures should be taken.

The installation distance between power distribution facilities below 100A used in clean rooms and equipment should not be less than 0.6m, and should not be less than 1m when it is more than 100A. The switchboard, control display panel, and switch box of clean room should be installed embeddedly. The gaps between them and the wall should be made of gas structure and should be coordinated with the building decoration. The access doors of switchboards and control cabinets should not be opened in clean room. If they must be located in clean room, airtight doors should be installed on the panels and cabinets. The inner and outer surfaces of the control cabinets should be smooth, dust-free, and easy to clean. If there is a door, the door should be closed tightly.

Clean room lamps should be installed on the ceiling. When installing the ceiling, all holes passing through the ceiling should be sealed with sealant, and the hole structure should be able to overcome the effect of sealant shrinkage. When installed recessed, the luminaire should be sealed and isolated from the non-clean environment. There must be no bolts or screws passing through the bottom of the unidirectional flow static plenum.

Fire detectors, air conditioning temperature and humidity sensitive components and other electrical devices installed in clean room should be clean and dust-free before the purification air conditioning system is commissioned. These parts are used in environments that require frequent cleaning or disinfection with water. The device should adopt waterproof and anti-corrosion measures.
