1. Pipeline material selection: Priority should be given to corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant pipeline materials, such as stainless steel. Stainless steel pipelines have high corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and are also easy to clean and maintain.

2. Pipeline layout design: Factors such as the length, curvature and connection method of the pipeline should be taken into consideration. Try to shorten the length of the pipeline, reduce the bending, and choose welding or clamp connection methods to ensure the sealing and stability of the pipeline.

3. Pipeline installation process: During the installation process, the pipelines must be cleaned and ensured that they are not damaged by external forces to avoid affecting the service life of the pipelines.

4. Pipeline maintenance: Clean the pipes regularly, check whether the pipe connections are loose and leaky, and repair and replace them in a timely manner.

5. Prevent condensation: If condensation may appear on the outer surface of the pipe, anti-condensation measures should be taken in advance.

6. Avoid passing through firewalls: When laying pipes, avoid passing through firewalls. If it must be penetrated, ensure that the wall pipe and casing are non-combustible pipes.

7. Sealing requirements: When pipes pass through the ceiling, walls and floors of a clean room, casing is required, and sealing measures are required between the pipes and casings.

8. Maintain air tightness: Clean room should maintain good air tightness, temperature and humidity. Clean room corners, ceilings, etc. should be kept flat, smooth, and easy to remove dust. The workshop floor should be flat, easy to clean, wear-resistant, non-charged, and comfortable. Double-glazed clean room windows are installed in clean room to maintain good air tightness. Reliable sealing measures should be taken for the structure and construction gaps of the doors, windows, walls, ceilings, floor surfaces of the clean room.

9. Keep water quality pure: According to different pure water quality requirements, rationally manage the water supply system to save operating expenses. It is recommended to use a circulating water supply method to ensure the flow rate of the water pipeline, reduce the dead water area in non-circulating section, reduce the time that pure water stays in the pipeline, and at the same time reduce the impact of trace leaching substances from pipeline materials on the quality of ultrapure water and prevent the spread of bacterial microorganisms.

10. Keep indoor air clean: There should be sufficient fresh air inside the workshop, ensuring that there is no less than 40 cubic meters of fresh air per person per hour in clean room. There are many indoor decoration processes in clean room, and different air cleanliness levels should be selected according to different processes.
