THE COMMONLY USED CLEAN EQUIPMENTS IN CLEAN ROOM

1. Air shower:

The air shower is a necessary clean equipment for people to enter the clean room and dust-free workshop. It has strong versatility and can be used with all clean rooms and clean workshops. When workers enter the workshop, they must pass through this equipment and use strong clean air. The rotatable nozzles are sprayed onto people from all directions to effectively and quickly remove dust, hair, hair flakes and other debris attached to clothes. It can reduce pollution problems caused by people entering and exiting the clean room. The two doors of the air shower are electronically interlocked and can also function as an airlock to prevent external pollution and unpurified air from entering the clean area. Prevent workers from bringing hair, dust, and bacteria into the workshop, meet strict dust-free purification standards in the workplace, and produce high-quality products.

2. Pass box:

The pass box is divided into standard pass box and air shower pass box. The standard pass box is mainly used to transfer items between clean rooms and non-clean rooms to reduce the number of door openings. It is a good clean equipment that can effectively reduce cross-contamination between clean rooms and non-clean rooms. The pass box are all double-door interlocking (that is, only one door can be opened at a time, and after one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened).

According to the different materials of the box, the pass box can be divided into stainless steel pass box, stainless steel inside the outer steel plate pass box, etc. The pass box can also be equipped with a UV lamp, intercom, etc.

3. Fan filter unit:

The full English name of FFU (fan filter unit) has the characteristics of modular connection and use. There are two stages of primary and hepa filters respectively. The working principle is: the fan inhales air from the top of the FFU and filters it through primary and hepa filters. The filtered clean air is evenly sent out through the air outlet surface at an average air velocity of 0.45m/s. The fan filter unit adopts a lightweight structural design and can be installed in accordance with the grid system of various manufacturers. The structural size design of the FFU can also be changed according to the grid system. The diffuser plate is installed inside, the wind pressure is spread evenly, and the air velocity on air outlet surface is average and stable. The metal structure of the downwind duct will never age. Prevent secondary pollution, the surface is smooth, the air resistance is low, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. Special air inlet duct design reduces pressure loss and noise generation. The motor has high efficiency and the system consumes low current, saving energy costs. The single-phase motor provides three-stage speed regulation, which can increase or decrease the wind speed and air volume according to actual conditions. According to customer requirements, it can be used as a single unit or connected in series to form multiple 100-level production lines. Control methods such as electronic board speed regulation, gear speed regulation, and computer centralized control can be used. It has the characteristics of energy saving, stable operation, low noise, and digital adjustment. It is widely used in electronics, optics, national defense, laboratories, and other places that require air cleanliness. It can also be assembled into various sizes of static class 100-300000 cleanliness equipment using support frame structural parts, anti-static curtains, etc. Work sheds are very suitable for building small clean areas, which can save money and time in building clean rooms.

4. Laminar flow hood:

The laminar flow hood is mainly composed of box, fan, hepa filter, primary filter, porous plate and controller. The cold plate of the outer shell is sprayed with plastic or a stainless steel plate. The laminar flow hood passes the air through the hepa filter at a certain speed to form a uniform flow layer, allowing the clean air to flow vertically in one direction, thereby ensuring that the high cleanliness required by the process is met in work area. It is an air clean unit that can provide a local clean environment and can be flexibly installed above process points that require high cleanliness. The clean laminar flow hood can be used individually or combined into a strip-shaped clean area. The laminar flow hood can be hung or supported on the ground. It has a compact structure and is easy to use.

①. Laminar flow hood cleanliness level: static class 100, dust with particle size ≥0.5m in the working area ≤3.5 particles/liter (FS209E100 level);

②. The average wind speed of the laminar flow hood is 0.3-0.5m/s, the noise is ≤64dB, and the power supply is 220V, 50Hz. ;

③. The laminar flow hood adopts a high-efficiency filter without partitions, and the filtration efficiency is: 99.99%, ensuring the cleanliness level;

5. Clean bench:

Clean bench is divided into two types: vertical flow clean bench and horizontal flow clean bench. Clean bench is one of the clean equipment that improves process conditions and ensures cleanliness. It is widely used in local production areas that require higher cleanliness, such as laboratory, pharmaceutical, LED optoelectronics, circuit boards, microelectronics, hard drive manufacturing, food processing and other fields.

Clean bench features:

①. The clean bench uses ultra-thin mini pleat filter with a static filtration efficiency of class 100.

②. The medical clean bench is equipped with a high-efficiency centrifugal fan, which has long life, low noise, maintenance-free and low vibration.

③. The clean bench adopts an adjustable air supply system, and the knob-type stepless adjustment of air velocity and LED control switch are optional.

④. The clean bench is equipped with a large air volume primary filter, which is easy to disassemble and better protects the hepa filter to ensure air cleanliness.

⑤. The static Class 100 workbench can be used as a single unit according to process requirements, or multiple units can be combined into class 100 ultra-clean production line.

⑥. The clean bench can be equipped with an optional pressure difference gauge to clearly indicate the pressure difference on both sides of the hepa filter to remind you to replace hepa filter.

⑦. The clean bench has a variety of specifications and can be customized according to production needs.

6. HEPA box:

The hepa box consists of 4 parts: static pressure box, diffuser plate, hepa filter and flange; the interface with the air duct has two types: side connection and top connection. The surface of the box is made of cold-rolled steel plates with multi-layer pickling and electrostatic spraying. The air outlets have good airflow to ensure the purification effect; it is a terminal air filtration equipment used to transform and build new clean rooms of all levels from class 1000 to 300000, meeting the requirements for purification.

Optional functions of hepa box:

①. Hepa box can choose side air supply or top air supply according to different customer requirements. The flange can also choose square or round openings to facilitate the need for connecting air ducts.

②. The static pressure box can be selected from: cold-rolled steel plate and 304 stainless steel.

③. The flange can be selected: square or round opening to facilitate the need for air duct connection.

④. The diffuser plate can be selected: cold-rolled steel plate and 304 stainless steel.

⑤. The hepa filter is available with or without partitions.

⑥. Optional accessories for hepa box: insulation layer, manual air volume control valve, insulation cotton, and DOP test port.
