The main function of the clean room is to control the cleanliness, temperature and humidity of the atmosphere that products are exposed to, so that products can be produced and manufactured in a good environmental space, and this space is called clean room.

1. Pollution easily produced by workers in clean room.

(1). Skin: Humans usually complete skin replacement every four days. Humans shed about 1,000 pieces of skin every minute (average size is 30*60*3 microns).

(2). Hair: Human hair (about 50 to 100 microns in diameter) is falling off all the time.

(3). Saliva: including sodium, enzymes, salt, potassium, chloride and food particles.

(4). Daily clothing: particles, fibers, silica, cellulose, various chemicals and bacteria.

2. In order to maintain the cleanliness in clean room, it is necessary to control the number of personnel.

On the premise of considering static electricity, there are also strict management methods for personnel clothing, etc.

(1). The upper body and lower body of the clean clothing for clean room should be separated. When wearing, the upper body must be placed inside the lower body.

(2). The fabric worn must be anti-static and the relative humidity in clean room should be low. Anti-static clothing can reduce the adhesion rate of microparticles to 90%.

(3). According to the company's own needs, clean rooms with high cleanliness levels will use shawl hats, and the hem should be placed inside the top.

(4). Some gloves contain talcum powder, which must be removed before entering clean room.

(5). Newly purchased clean room clothes must be washed before wearing. It is best to wash them with dust-free water if possible.

(6). In order to ensure the purification effect of the clean room, the clean room clothes must be cleaned once every 1-2 weeks. The entire process must be carried out in a clean area to avoid adhering to particles.
