Recently we are very excited to deliver 2 batches of clean room material to Latvia and Poland at the same time. Both of them are very small clean room and the difference is the client in Latvia require air cleanliness while the client in Poland don't require air cleanliness. That's why we provide clean room panels, clean room doors, clean room windows and clean room profiles for both projects while we only provide fan filter units for the client in Latvia.
For modular clean room in Latvia, we use 2 sets of FFUs to achieve ISO 7 air cleanliness and 2 pieces of air outlets to achieve unidirectional laminar flow. The FFUs will provide fresh air into clean room to achieve positive pressure and then air can be exhausted from air outlets to keep air pressure balance in clean room. We also use 4 pieces of LED panel lights attached on clean room ceiling panels to make sure enough lighting intense when people work inside to operate the process equipment.
For modular clean room in Poland, we also provide embedded PVC conduits into clean room wall panels besides door, window and profiles. The client will lay their wires inside PVC conduits by themself locally. This is only a sample order because the client plan to use more clean room material in other clean room projects.
