Today we have successfully tested a set of medium-size weighing booth which will be delivered to USA soon. This weighing booth is standard size in our company though most weighing booth should be customized as the client's requirement. It's manual VFD control because the client require cheaper price later though he prefers PLC touch screen control at the beginning. This weighing booth is modular design and on-site assembly. We will divide the whole unit into several parts, so the package can be put into the container to make sure successful door-to-door delivery. All of these parts can be combined via some screws at the edge of each part, so it is very easy to integrate them together when it arrives at site.
The case is made of full SUS304 stainless steel, nice apperance and easy to clean.

Weighing booth is also called sampling booth and dispensing booth. It is a kind of air clean equipment mostly used in pharmaceutical, cosmetics and micro-organism studies, etc. It is used as a containment solution for the weighing, sampling, handling of chemical and pharmaceutical active products such as powder, liquid, etc. The internal working area is protected by a vertical laminar air flow with a partial air recycling to creat negative pressure ISO 5 clean environment in order to avoid cross contamination.
