BASIC REQUIREMENTS OF CLEAN ROOM COMMISSIONING

The commissioning of the clean room HVAC system includes single-unit test run and system linkage test run and commissioning, and the commissioning should meet the requirements of the engineering design and the contract between the supplier and the buyer. To this end, commissioning should be carried out in strict compliance with relevant standards such as "Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Clean Room" (GB 51110), "Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Projects (G1B50213)" and the requirements agreed in the contract. In GB 51110, the commissioning of the clean room HVAC system mainly has the following provisions: "The performance and accuracy of the instruments and meters used for system commissioning should meet the test requirements, and should be within the validity period of the calibration certificate." "Linked trial operation of the clean room HVAC system. Before commissioning, the conditions that should be met are: various equipment in system should have been tested individually and passed the acceptance inspection; the relevant cold (heat) source systems required for cooling and heating have been operational and commissioned and passed the acceptance inspection: Clean room decoration and piping and wiring of the clean room (area) have been completed and passed individual inspections: the clean room (area) has been cleaned and wiped, and the entry of personnel and materials has been carried out according to clean procedures; the clean room HVAC system has been comprehensively cleaned, and a test run of more than 24 hours has been carried out to achieve stable operation; the hepa filter has been installed and passed the leak test.

1. The commissioning time for the stable linkage trial operation of the clean room HVAC system with a cold (heat) source shall not be less than 8 hours, and shall be carried out under the "empty" working condition. GB 50243 has the following requirements for the test run of a single unit of equipment: ventilators and fans in air handling units. The direction of rotation of the impeller should be correct, the operation should be stable, there should be no abnormal vibration and sound, and the operating power of the motor should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. After 2 hours of continuous operation at the rated speed, the maximum temperature of the sliding bearing shell shall not exceed 70°, and that of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 80°. The rotation direction of the pump impeller should be correct, there should be no abnormal vibration and sound, there should be no looseness in the fastened connection parts, and the operating power of the motor should meet the requirements of the equipment technical documents. After the water pump has been running continuously for 21 days, the maximum temperature of the sliding bearing shell shall not exceed 70° and the rolling bearing shall not exceed 75°. The cooling tower fan and cooling water system circulation trial operation should not be less than 2 hours, and the operation should be normal. The cooling tower body should be stable and free of abnormal vibration. The trial operation of the cooling tower fan should also comply with relevant standards.

2. In addition to the relevant provisions of the equipment technical documents and the current national standard "Refrigeration Equipment, Air Separation Equipment Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specifications" (GB50274), the trial operation of the refrigeration unit should also meet the following provisions: the unit should run smoothly, There should be no abnormal vibration and sound: there should be no looseness, air leakage, oil leakage, etc. in the connection and sealing parts. The pressure and temperature of suction and exhaust should be within the normal working range. The actions of the energy regulating device, various protective relays and safety devices should be correct, sensitive and reliable. Normal operation should not be less than 8h.

3. After the joint trial operation and commissioning of the clean room HVAC system, various performance and technical parameters should meet the relevant standards and specifications and the requirements of the contract. There are the following regulations in GB 51110: The air volume should be within 5% of the design air volume, and the relative standard deviation should not be greater than 15%. Not more than 15%. The test results of the air supply volume of the non-unidirectional flow clean room should be within 5% of the design air volume, and the relative standard deviation (unevenness) of the air volume of each tuyere should not be greater than 15%. The test result of fresh air volume shall not be less than the design value, and shall not exceed 10% of the design value.

4. The actual measurement results of temperature and relative humidity in the clean room (area) should meet the design requirements; the average value of the actual measurement results according to the specified inspection points, and the deviation value should be more than 90% of the measurement points within the accuracy range required by the design. The test results of the static pressure difference between the clean room (area) and adjacent rooms and outdoors should meet the design requirements, and should generally be greater than or equal to 5Pa.

5. The air flow pattern test in clean room should ensure that the flow pattern types - unidirectional flow, non-unidirectional flow, mud confluence, and should meet design requirements and technical requirements agreed in the contract. For unidirectional flow and mixed flow clean rooms, the air flow pattern should be tested by tracer method or tracer injection method, and the results should meet the design requirements. In GB 50243, there are the following regulations for linkage test operation: variable air volume When the air conditioning system is jointly commissioned, the air handling unit shall realize frequency conversion and speed regulation of the fan within the design parameter range. The air handling unit shall meet the requirements of the total air volume of the system under the design condition of the residual pressure outside the machine, and the allowable deviation of the fresh air volume shall be 0 to 10%. The maximum air volume debugging result of the variable air volume terminal device and the allowable deviation of the design air volume should be . ~15%. When changing the operating conditions or indoor temperature setting parameters of each air-conditioning area, the action (operation) of the wind network (fan) of the variable air volume terminal device in the area should be correct. When changing the indoor temperature setting parameters or closing some room air conditioner terminal devices, the air handling unit should automatically and correctly change the air volume. The status parameters of the system should be displayed correctly. The deviation between the total flow of air-conditioning cold (hot) water system and cooling water system and the design flow should not exceed 10%.
