Hepa box consists of static pressure box, flange, diffuser plate and hepa filter. As a terminal filter device, it is directly installed on the ceiling of a clean room and is suitable for clean rooms of various cleanliness levels and maintenance structures. Hepa box is an ideal terminal filtration device for class 1000, class 10000 and class 100000 purification air-conditioning systems. It can be widely used in purification and air-conditioning systems in medicine, health, electronics, chemical and other industries. Hepa box is used as a terminal filtration device for the renovation and construction of clean rooms of all cleanliness levels from 1000 to 300000. It is a key equipment to meet purification requirements.

The first important thing before installation is that the size and efficiency requirements of the hepa box comply with the clean room on-site design requirements and customer application standards.

Before installing hepa box, the product needs to be cleaned and clean room must be cleaned in all directions. For example, dust in air conditioning system must be cleaned and cleaned to meet the cleaning requirements. The mezzanine or ceiling also needs to be cleaned. To purify the air conditioning system again, you must try to run it continuously for more than 12 hours and clean it again.

Before installing hepa box, it is necessary to conduct an on-site visual inspection of the air outlet packaging, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame are damaged, whether the side length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements, and whether the frame has burrs and rust spots; There is no product certificate and whether the technical performance meets design requirements.

Carry out hepa box leakage detection and check whether the leakage detection is qualified. During installation, reasonable allocation should be made according to the resistance of each hepa box. For unidirectional flow, the difference between the rated resistance of each filter and the average resistance of each filter between the same hepa box or air supply surface should be less than 5%, and the cleanliness level is equal to or higher than hepa box of the class 100 clean room.
