No matter what kind of clean room it is, it needs to be tested after the construction is completed. This can be done by yourself or a third party, but it must be formal and fair.

1. Generally speaking, clean room must be tested about air volume, cleanliness level, temperature, humidity, electrostatic induction measurement test, self-cleaning ability test, floor conductivity test, cyclone inflow, negative pressure, light intensity test, noise test , HEPA leak test, etc. If the cleanliness level requirement is higher, or if the customer needs it, he or she can entrust a third-party inspection. If you have the testing instruments, you can also do the inspection yourself.

2. The entrusting party shall present a "Inspection and Testing Power of Attorney/Agreement", a floor plan and engineering drawings, and a "Commitment Letter and Detailed Information Form for Each Room to be Inspected". All materials presented must be stamped with the company's official seal.

3. The pharmaceutical clean room does not require third-party testing. Food clean room must be tested, but it is not required every year. Not only sedimentation bacteria and floating dust particles must be tested, but also bacterial colonization. It is recommended to entrust those who do not have testing capabilities, but there is no requirement in policies and regulations that it must be a third-party testing.

4. Generally, clean room engineering companies will provide free testing. Of course, if you are worried, you can also ask a third party to test. It just costs a little money. Professional testing is still possible. If you are not professional, it is not recommended to use a third party.

5. The issue of testing time must be determined according to different industries and levels. Of course, if you are in a hurry to put it into use, the sooner the better.
