All kinds of machinery and tools must be inspected before entering the clean room site. Measuring instruments must be inspected by the supervisory inspection agency and should have valid documents. The decoration materials used in clean room should meet design requirements. At the same time, the following preparations should be made before the materials enter the site.

1. Environmental conditions

The decoration construction of clean room should be started after the factory building waterproofing work and peripheral structure are completed, and the factory building's outer doors and windows are installed, and the main structure project is accepted. When decorating the clean room of the existing building, the site environment and existing facilities should be cleaned, and the construction can only be carried out after meeting clean room construction requirements. The construction of clean room decoration must meet the above conditions. In order to ensure the decoration and construction of clean room will not be polluted or damaged by the semi-finished products of clean room decoration construction during the relevant construction, the clean control of the clean room construction process should be realized. In addition, environmental preparation also includes on-site temporary facilities, hygienic environment of the workshop, etc.

2. Technical preparation

Technicians specializing in clean room decoration must be familiar with the requirements of design drawings, accurately measure the site according to the requirements of the drawings, and check the drawings for secondary design of decoration, mainly including technical requirements; Selection of modulus; comprehensive layout and node diagrams of suspended ceilings, partition walls, elevated floors, air outlets, lamps, sprinklers, smoke detectors, reserved holes, etc; Metal wall panel installation and door and window node diagrams. After the drawings are completed, professional technicians should make a written technical disclosure to the team, coordinate with the team to survey and map the site, and determine the reference elevation and construction reference point.

3. Preparation of construction equipment and materials

Compared with professional equipment such as air conditioning and ventilation, piping, and electrical equipment, the construction equipment for clean room decoration is less, but it should meet the requirements of decoration construction; such as the fire resistance test report of cleanroom sandwich panel; anti-static material test report; production license; certificates of chemical composition of various materials: drawings of related products, performance test reports; product quality assurance certificates, certificates of conformity, etc. Clean room decoration machines, tools and materials should be brought into the site in batches according to the needs of the project progress. When entering the site, they should be reported to the owner or supervisory unit for inspection. Materials that have not been inspected cannot be used in the construction and must be inspected in accordance with regulations.After entering the site, the materials should be properly kept in specified site to prevent the materials from deteriorating or deforming due to rain, exposure to sun, etc.

4. Personnel preparation 

Construction personnel engaged in clean room decoration construction should first be familiar with relevant construction drawings, materials and construction machines to be used, and should understand the construction process. At the same time, relevant pre-entry training should also be carried out, mainly including the following points.

①Cleanliness awareness training

② Civilized construction and safe construction training.

③ The owner, the supervisor, the general contractor and other relevant management regulations, and the training of the management regulations of the unit.

④Training of entry routes for construction personnel, materials, machines, equipment, etc.

⑤ Training on procedures for wearing work clothes and clean clothes.

⑥ Training on occupational health, safety and environmental protection

⑦ During the pre-project preparation process, the construction unit should pay attention to the allocation of management personnel of the project department, and allocate them reasonably according to the size and difficulty of the project.
