With the improvement of production technology and quality requirements, the clean and dust free requirements of many production workshop have gradually come into people's vision. Nowadays, many industries have implemented dust free clean room projects, which can eliminate (control) pollutants and dust in air and create a clean and comfortable environment. Clean room projects are mainly reflected in laboratories, food, cosmetics, operating rooms, electronic semiconductor, biopharmaceuticals, GMP clean workshops, medical equipment, and other fields.

A dust free clean room refers to the discharge of pollutants such as particles, harmful air, and bacteria in the air within a certain space, and the indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, air flow speed and air flow distribution, noise, vibration, lighting, and static electricity. A specially designed room is controlled within a certain range of requirements. That is to say, no matter how the external air conditions change, its indoor properties can maintain the originally set requirements of cleanliness, temperature, humidity and pressure.

So what areas can dust free clean room be applied for?

Industrial dust free clean room target the control of inanimate particles. It mainly controls the contamination of working objects by air dust particles, and generally maintains a positive pressure inside. It is suitable for precision machinery industry, electronic industry (semiconductors, integrated circuits, etc.) aerospace industry, high-purity chemical industry, atomic energy industry, opto-magnetic product industry (optical disc, film, tape production) LCD (liquid crystal glass), computer hard disk, computer magnetic head production and many other industries. The biopharmaceutical dust free clean room mainly controls the contamination of working objects by living particles (bacteria) and inanimate particles (dust). It can also be divided into: A. General biological clean room: mainly controls the contamination of microbial (bacterial) objects. At the same time, its internal materials must be able to withstand the erosion of various sterilants, and positive pressure is generally guaranteed inside. Essentially an industrial clean room whose internal materials must be able to withstand various sterilization processes. Examples: pharmaceutical industry, hospitals (operating rooms, sterile wards), food, cosmetics, beverage product production, animal laboratories, physical and chemical laboratory, blood stations, etc. B. Biological safety clean room: mainly controls the contamination of living particles of work objects to the outside world and people. The interior should maintain a negative pressure with the atmosphere. Examples: Bacteriology, biology, clean laboratory, physical engineering (recombinant genes, vaccine preparation).

Special precautions: How to enter the dust free clean room?

1. Employees, guests and contractors who have not been authorized to enter and leave the dust free clean room must register with relevant personnel to enter the dust free clean room and must be accompanied by qualified personnel before entering.

2. Anyone who enters the dust free clean room to work or visit must change into dust-free clothes, hats, and shoes according to regulations before entering clean room, and must not arrange dust-free clothes, etc in dust free clean room.

3. Personal belongings (handbags, books, etc.) and tools not used in dust free clean room are not allowed to be brought into dust free clean room without the permission of the supervisor of the dust free clean room; maintenance manuals and tools should be put away immediately after use.

4. When raw materials enter the dust free clean room, they must be unpacked and wiped clean outside first, and then placed in cargo air shower and brought in.

5. The dust free clean room and office area are both non-smoking areas. If you smoke, you must smoke and rinse your mouth before entering the dust free clean room.

6. In the dust free clean room, you are not allowed to eat, drink, have fun, or engage in other things unrelated to production.

7. Those who enter the dust free clean room should keep their bodies clean, wash their hair frequently, and are prohibited from using perfume and cosmetics.

8. Shorts, walking shoes, and socks are not allowed when entering dust free clean room.

9. Mobile phones, keys, and lighters are not allowed into the dust free clean room and should be placed in personal clothing boxes.

10. Non-staff members are not allowed to enter the dust free clean room without approval.

11. It is strictly prohibited to lend other people’s temporary certificates or bring unauthorized personnel into the dust free room.

12. All personnel must clean their workstations in accordance with regulations before going to and from get off work.
