1. Ground treatment: polish, repair, and remove dust according to the condition of the ground;

2. Epoxy primer: Use a roller coat of epoxy primer with extremely strong permeability and adhesion to enhance surface adhesion;

3. Epoxy soil batching: Apply as many times as needed, and it must be smooth and without holes, without batch knife marks or sanding marks;

4. Epoxy topcoat: two coats of solvent-based epoxy topcoat or anti-slip topcoat;

5. Construction is completed: No one can enter the building after 24 hours, and heavy pressure can only be applied after 72 hours (based on 25℃). The low-temperature opening time must be moderate.

Specific construction methods

After the base layer is treated, use the following method for painting:

1. Primer coating: Stir component A evenly first, and prepare according to the proportion of components A and B: stir evenly and apply with a scraper or roller.

2. Intermediate coating: After the primer is dry, you can scrape it twice and then apply it once to fill the holes in the floor. After it is completely dry, you can scrape it twice to increase the thickness of the coating and improve the pressure resistance ability.

3. After the intermediate coating is completely dry, use a grinder, sandpaper, etc. to polish away the knife marks, uneven spots and particles caused by the batch coating, and use a vacuum cleaner to clean it.

4. Roller topcoat: After mixing the topcoat in proportion, use the roller coating method to evenly roll the floor once (you can also spray or brush). If necessary, you can roll the second coat of topcoat with the same method.

5. Stir the protective agent evenly and apply it with cotton cloth or cotton mop. It is required to be uniform and without residue. At the same time, be careful not to scratch the ground with sharp objects.
