1. According to the environment cleanliness, replace the filter of the ffu fan filter unit. The prefilter is generally 1-6 months, and hepa filter is generally 6-12 months and cannot be cleaned.
2. Use a dust particle counter to measure the cleanliness of the clean area that is purified by this ffu once every two months. When the measured cleanliness does not match the required cleanliness, you should find out the reason that whether there is leakage, whether the hepa filter fail, etc. If the hepa filter has failed, it should be replaced with a new hepa filter.
3. When replacing hepa filter and primary filter, stop ffu.
4. When replacing hepa filter, special attention should be paid to ensure that filter paper is intact during unpacking, handling, installation and taking, and it is forbidden to touch filter paper by hand to cause damage.
5. Before installing FFU, put new hepa filter to a bright place, and observe whether hepa filter is damaged due to transportation and other reasons. If filter paper has holes, it cannot be used.
6. When replace hepa filter, the box should be lifted first, then failed hepa filter should be taken out, and a new hepa filter should be replaced. Note that airflow arrow mark of hepa filter should be consistent with the airflow direction of the ffu unit. Make sure the frame is sealed and put the lid back in place.
