Hepa box has certain requirements when installed. The following conditions must be met during installation.
1. The connection between hepa box and air duct needs to be firm and tight.
2. The hepa box needs to be coordinated with indoor lighting fixtures, etc. when installed. The appearance should be beautiful, arranged neatly and generously.
3. The hepa box can be reliably fixed, and it should be kept close to the wall and other installation places. The surface needs to be smooth, and the connecting joints need to be sealed.
You can pay attention to the standard configuration when purchasing. The hepa box and the air duct can be connected by top connection or side connection. The spaces between the boxes can be made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The outside needs to be electrostatically sprayed and equipped with a diffuser plate. There are two ways of air inlet from the hepa box: side air inlet and top air inlet. In terms of material selection for the hepa box, there are insulation layers and stainless steel materials to choose from. After purchasing, you can measure the air outlet of the hepa box. The measurement method is as follows:
1. Use the air volume hood to point directly at the nozzle to obtain accurate measurement values immediately. There are many small holes and grids in nozzle. The fast-heating anemometer will rush to the cracks, and the grids will be accurately measured and averaged.
2. Add some more grid-like measuring points at a place that is twice as wide as the air outlet of the decoration partition, and use wind power to calculate the mean value.
3. The central circulation system of the hepa filter has a higher cleanliness level, and the inflow of air will be different from other primary and medium filters.
