Clean room must be cleaned regularly to comprehensively control external dust and achieve a continuously clean state. So how often should it be cleaned and what should be cleaned?

2. GMP clean room cleaning is actually the cleaning of equipment used in manufacturing, and the condition of the equipment determines the cleaning time and cleaning method of the equipment.
3. If the equipment needs to be disassembled, the order and method of disassembly of the equipment should also be required. Therefore, when acquiring the equipment, you should conduct a brief analysis of the equipment to master and understand the equipment.
4. At the equipment level, there are some manual services and automatic cleaning. Of course, some cannot be cleaned in place. It is recommended to clean the equipment and components: soaking cleaning, scrubbing cleaning, rinsing or other suitable cleaning methods.
5. Make a detailed cleaning certification plan. It is recommended to formulate corresponding requirements for major cleaning and minor cleaning. For example: when choosing a staged production mechanism method, comprehensively consider the maximum time of staged production and the maximum number of batches, as the basis for the cleaning plan.
Please also pay attention to the following requirements when cleaning:
1. When cleaning the walls in clean room, use a clean room dust-free cloth and an approved clean room specific detergent.
2. Check the dustbins in workshop and the whole room every day and clear them out in time, and vacuum the floors. Each time a shift is due, the completion of the work should be marked on worksheet.
3. A special mop should be used to clean clean room floor, and a special vacuum cleaner with a hepa filter should be used to vacuum in workshop.
4. All clean room doors need to be inspected and wiped dry, and the floor should be wiped after vacuuming. Mop the walls once a week.
5. Vacuum and wipe under the raised floor. Wipe the pillars and support pillars under the raised floor once every three months.
6. When working, you must remember to always wipe from top to bottom, from the farthest point of the high door to the direction of the door.
In short, cleaning should be completed regularly and quantitatively. You cannot be lazy, let alone procrastinate. Otherwise, its seriousness will not only be a matter of time. It may have an impact on clean environment and equipment. Please do it on time. Amount of cleaning can effectively extend the service life.
