HOW TO ACHIEVE ENERGY-SAVING LIGHTING IN CLEAN ROOM?

1. The principles followed by energy-saving lighting in GMP clean room under the premise of ensuring sufficient lighting quantity and quality, it is necessary to save lighting electricity as much as possible. Lighting energy saving is mainly through adopting high-efficiency and energy-saving lighting products, improving quality, optimizing lighting design and other means. The suggested scheme is as follows:

①Determine the lighting level according to the visual needs.

② Energy-saving lighting design to obtain the required illuminance.

③A high-efficiency light source is used on the basis of satisfying the color rendering and suitable color tone.

④ Use high-efficiency lamps that do not produce glare.

⑤ The indoor surface adopts decorative materials with high reflectance.

⑥ Reasonable combination of lighting and air conditioning system heat dissipation.

⑦Set up variable lighting devices that can be turned off or dimmed when not needed

⑧Comprehensive utilization of artificial lighting and natural lighting.

⑨ Regularly clean lighting fixtures and indoor surfaces, and establish a lamp replacement and maintenance system.

2. Main measures for lighting energy saving:

① Promote the use of high-efficiency light sources. In order to save electric energy, the light source should be selected reasonably, and the main measures are as follows

a. Try not to use incandescent lamps.

b. Promote the use of narrow-diameter fluorescent lamps and compact fluorescent lamps.

c. Gradually reduce the use of fluorescent high-pressure mercury lamps

d. Actively promote high-efficiency and long-life high-pressure sodium lamps and metal halide lamps

② Use high-efficiency energy-saving lamps

3. Promote electronic ballasts and energy-saving magnetic ballasts:

Compared with traditional magnetic ballasts, electronic ballasts for lighting lamps have the advantages of low starting voltage, low noise, low temperature opening, light weight, and no flickering, etc., and the comprehensive power input power is reduced by 18%-23%. Compared with electronic ballasts, energy-saving inductive ballasts have lower price, lower harmonic components, no high-frequency interference, high reliability and long life. Compared with traditional ballasts, the power consumption of energy-saving magnetic ballasts is reduced by about 50%, but the price is only about 1.6 times that of traditional magnetic ballasts

4. Energy saving in lighting design:

a. Select a reasonable standard value of illumination.

b. Select the appropriate lighting method, and use the mixed lighting method for places with high illumination requirements; use less general lighting methods; and appropriately adopt partitioned general lighting methods.

5. Lighting energy-saving control:

a. Reasonable selection of lighting control methods, according to the characteristics of lighting use, the lighting can be controlled in different areas and the lighting switch points can be appropriately increased.

b. Adopt various types of energy-saving switches and management measures

c. Public place lighting and outdoor lighting can be managed by centralized remote control or automatic light control devices.

6. Make full use of natural light to save electricity:

a. Use various light collecting devices for lighting, such as optical fiber and light guide.

b. Consider making full use of natural light from the aspect of architecture, such as opening a large area of the top skylight for lighting, and using the patio space for lighting.

7. Create energy-saving lighting methods:

Clean workshops are usually equipped with purification air-conditioning systems. Therefore, it is particularly important to coordinate lighting fixture layout with buildings and equipment. Lamps, fire alarm detectors, and air conditioner supply and return ports (many occasions are equipped with hepa filters) must be arranged uniformly on the ceiling to ensure beautiful layout, uniform illumination, and reasonable airflow organization; the air conditioner return air can be used to cool the lamps.
