Communication setup requirements

In order to reduce the movement of people in clean room and ensure indoor cleanliness, a wired voice socket should be installed at each workstation.

Wireless communication system

When the clean room (area) is equipped with a wireless communication system, it should use low-power micro-cell wireless communication and other systems to avoid interference with electronic product production equipment. The electronic industry, especially the product production processes in clean rooms of microelectronics factories, mostly use automated operations and require network support; modern production management also requires network support, so local area network lines and sockets need to be set up in clean room (area). In order to reduce The activities of personnel in clean room (area) must be minimized to minimize the entry of unnecessary personnel. Communication wiring and management equipment should not be installed in the clean room (area).

Generate management needs

According to the production management requirements and product production process needs of clean rooms in various industries, some clean rooms are equipped with various functional closed-circuit television monitoring systems to monitor the behavior of workers in clean room (area) and the supporting purification air conditioners and public power systems. The running status, etc. are displayed and saved. According to the needs of safety management, production management, etc., some clean rooms are also equipped with emergency broadcasting or accident broadcasting systems, so that once a production accident or safety accident occurs, the broadcasting system can be used to promptly initiate corresponding emergency measures and safely conduct personnel evacuation, etc.
