When a clean room uses metal wall panels, the clean room construction unit generally submits the switch and socket location diagram to the metal wall panel manufacturer for prefabrication processing.
(1) Construction preparation
①Material preparation: Various switch and socket should meet the design requirements. Other materials include tape, junction box, silicone, etc.
② The main machines include: markers, tape measures, small wires, wire weights, levels, gloves, jigsaws, electric drills, megohmmeters, multimeters, tool bags, tool boxes, mermaid ladders, etc.
③ Operating conditions: The clean room construction has been completed, and the electrical wiring has been completed.
(2) Construction and installation work
①Operating procedures: positioning of switch and socket, installation of junction box, threading and wiring, installation of switch and socket, insulation shaking test, and power-on test operation.
② Positioning of switch and socket: According to the design drawings, negotiate with each major and mark the installation position of the switch and socket on drawings. Positioning dimensions on the metal wall panel: According to the switch and socket location diagram, mark the specific installation position of the switch gradient on metal wall panel. The switch is generally 150~200mm away from the door and 1.3m away from the ground; the socket is generally 300mm away from the ground .
③Junction box installation: When installing junction box, the filler in wall panel should be processed, and the entrance of the wire trough and conduit embedded in wall panel by the manufacturer should be processed to facilitate wire laying. The wire box installed in wall panel should be made of galvanized steel, and the bottom and periphery of the wire box should be sealed with glue.
④ Switch and socket installation: When installing the switch and socket, prevent the power cord from being crushed, and the switch and socket should be installed firmly and horizontally; when multiple switches are installed on the same plane, the distance between adjacent switches should be the same, generally 10mm apart. The switch and socket should be sealed with glue after adjustment.
⑤Insulation shaking test: The insulation shaking test value should meet the standard specifications and design requirements, and the minimum insulation value should not be less than 0.5㎡, and the shaking test should be carried out at a speed of 120r/min.
⑥Power-on trial run: first measure whether the phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground voltage values of the incoming line of the circuit meet the design requirements, then close the main switch of the power distribution cabinet and make a measurement record; then test whether the voltage of each circuit is normal and whether the current is normal or not. Meet design requirements. The switch circuit of the room has been checked to meet the design requirements of the drawings. During the 24 hours of power transmission trial operation, a test is carried out every 2 hours, and records are made.
(3) Finished product protection
When installing switch and socket, do not damage the metal wall panels, and keep the walls clean. After the switch and socket are installed, other professionals are not allowed to cause damage by collision.
(4) Installation quality inspection
Check whether the installation position of the switch and socket meets the design and actual site requirements. The connection between the switch and socket and the metal wall panel should be sealed reliably; switch and socket in the same room or area should be kept on the same straight line, and the connecting wires of the switch and socket terminals should be tight and reliable; the socket should be well grounded, the neutral and live wire connections should be correct, and the wires crossing the switch and socket should be protected by mouth guards and well insulated; the insulation resistance test should comply with specifications and design requirements.
