The maintenance and upkeep of the air shower room are related to its work efficiency and service life. The following precautions should be taken.

1. The installation and positioning of the air shower room should not be arbitrarily moved for rectification. If there is a need to change the displacement, guidance from the installation personnel and manufacturer must be sought. The displacement must be recalibrated to the ground level to prevent deformation of the door frame and affect the normal operation of the air shower room.
2. The equipment and environment of the air shower room should be well-ventilated and dry.
3. Do not touch or use all control switches in the normal working state of the air shower room.
4. In the human or cargo sensing area, the switch can only enter the shower program after receiving the sensing.
5. Do not transport large items from the air shower room to avoid damaging the surface and electrical controls.
6. Air drenched indoor and outdoor panels, do not touch with hard objects to avoid scratching.
7. The air shower room door is electronic interlocked, and when one door is opened, the other door automatically locks. Do not force the opening and closing of both doors at the same time, and do not force the opening and closing of either door when the switch is in operation.
8. Once the rinsing time is set, do not adjust it arbitrarily.
9. The air shower room needs to be managed by a responsible person, and the primary filter should be replaced regularly every quarter.
10. Replace hepa filter in air shower every 2 years on average.
11. The air shower room uses light opening and light closing of the indoor and outdoor doors of the air shower.
12. When a malfunction occurs in air shower room, it should be reported to the maintenance personnel for repair in a timely manner. Generally, it is not allowed to activate the manual button.
Knowledge related to air shower room upkeep:
1. The maintenance and repair equipment of the air shower room shall be operated by professionally trained personnel.
2. The circuit of the air shower room is installed in the box above the entrance door. Open the panel door lock to repair and replace the circuit board. When repairing, be sure to turn off the power supply.
3. The hepa filter is installed in the middle section of the main box (behind the nozzle plate), and can be removed by disassembling the nozzle panel.
4. When installing the door closer body, the speed control valve faces the door hinge, and when closing the door, let the door close freely under the action of the door closer. Do not add external force, otherwise the door closer may be damaged.
5. The fan of the air shower room is installed below the side of the air shower box, and the return air filter is disassembled.
6. The door magnetic switch and electronic latch (double door interlock) are installed in the middle of the door frame of the air shower room, and maintenance can be carried out by removing the screws on the electric lock face.
7. The primary filter (for return air) is installed on both sides below the air shower box (behind the orifice plate), and can be replaced or cleaned by opening the orifice plate.
