Air shower is a necessary clean equipment for entering clean room. It has strong versatility and is used in conjunction with all clean room and clean workshop. When workers enter clean workshop, they must pass through air shower and use strong clean air to the rotatable nozzle sprays onto people from all directions, effectively and quickly removing dust, hair, hair flakes and other debris attached to clothes. It can reduce pollution problems caused by people entering and exiting clean room. The two doors of the air shower are electronically interlocked and can also function as an airlock to prevent external pollution and unpurified air from entering clean area. So how to deal with common faults in air shower? We will answer your questions.
1. Power switch. Usually there are three places in air shower where you can cut off the power supply: ①The power switch of the outdoor box of air shower; ②The control panel of the indoor box of the air shower; ③ On the outer boxes on both sides of the air shower. When the power indicator light fails, you may wish to re-check the power supply points of above air shower.
2. When the fan of the air shower is reversed or the air velocity of the air shower is very low, please be sure to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire circuit is reversed. Generally, the air shower manufacturer will have a dedicated electrician to connect the wires when it is installed at the factory; if it is reversed, If the line source of the air shower is connected, the air shower fan will not work or the air velocity of the air shower will decrease. In the worst case, the entire circuit board of the air shower will be burned. It is recommended that companies using air showers should not do so easily. Go to replace the wiring. If it is determined to be moved due to production needs, please consult the air shower manufacturer for solution.
3. When the air shower fan is not working, immediately check whether the emergency switch of the air shower outdoor box is cut off. If it is confirmed to be cut off, press it gently with your hand, rotate it to the right and let go.
4. When the air shower cannot automatically sense and blow the shower, please check the light sensor system in the lower right corner of the box in air shower to see if the light sensor device is installed correctly. If the two sides of the light sensor are opposite and the light sensitivity is normal, the air shower can automatically sense the shower room.
5. Air shower does not blow. In addition to above points, it is also necessary to check whether the emergency stop button inside air shower box is pressed. If the emergency stop button is in color, the air shower will not blow; It can work normally if you press the emergency stop button again.
6. When the air velocity of the air shower is very low after being used for a period of time, please check whether the primary and hepa filters of the air shower have excessive dust accumulation. If so, please replace the filter. (The primary filter in air shower is usually replaced once every 1-6 months, and the hepa filter in air shower is usually replaced once every 6-12 months)
