Clean bench maintenance
The operating platform adopts a structure that is surrounded by negative pressure areas in positive pressure contaminated areas. And before using formaldehyde evaporation to sterilize clean bench, in order to avoid formaldehyde leakage, the "soap bubble" method must be used to check the tightness of the entire equipment.
Regularly use air velocity testing instrument to accurately measure the air pressure in working area. If it does not meet the performance parameters, the operating voltage of the centrifugal fan power supply system can be adjusted. When the working voltage of the centrifugal fan is adjusted to a higher value and air pressure in working area still fails to meet the performance parameters, hepa filter must be replaced. After replacement, use a dust particle counter to check whether the surrounding sealing is good. If there is leakage, use sealant to plug it.
Centrifugal fans do not require special maintenance, but it is recommended to perform regular maintenance.
When replacing hepa filter, pay special attention to the following matters. When replacing hepa filter, the machine should be turned off. First, the clean bench should be sterilized. When upgrading hepa filter, special care must be taken to keep filter paper intact during unpacking, transportation and installation. It is strictly forbidden to touch filter paper with force to cause damage.
Before installation, point the new hepa filter to a bright place and check with the human eye whether hepa filter has any holes due to transportation or other reasons. If there are holes, it cannot be used. When installing, please also note that the arrow mark on hepa filter should be consistent with the direction of the air inlet of the clean bench. When tightening the clamping screws, the force must be uniform, not only to ensure that the fixation and sealing of the hepa filter are stable and reliable, but also to prevent hepa filter from deforming and causing leakage.
