Dynamic pass box is a new type of self-cleaning pass box. After air is coarsely filtered, it is pressed into static pressure box by a low-noise centrifugal fan, and then passes through a hepa filter. After equalizing the pressure, it passes through working area at uniform air velocity, forming a high-cleanliness working environment. The air outlet surface can also use nozzles to increase air velocity to meet the requirements of blowing off dust on the surface of the object.
Dynamic pass box is made of stainless steel plate that has been bent, welded and assembled. The lower side of the inner surface has a circular arc transition to reduce dead corners and facilitate cleaning. Electronic interlocking uses magnetic locks, and light-touch switches control panel, door opening and UV lamp. Equipped with excellent silicone sealing strips to ensure the durability of the equipment and comply with GMP requirements.
Precautions for dynamic pass box:
(1) This product is for indoor use. Please do not use it outdoor. Please choose a floor and wall structure that can bear the weight of this product;
(2) It is forbidden to look directly at UV lamp to avoid damaging your eyes. When UV lamp is not turned off, do not open the doors on both sides. When replacing UV lamp, be sure to cut off the power first and wait for the lamp to cool before replacing it;
(3) Modification is strictly prohibited to avoid causing accidents such as electric shock;
(4) After delay time is up, press the exit switch, open the door on the same side, take out the items from pass box and close the exit;
(5) When abnormal conditions occur, please stop operation and cut off the power supply.
Upkeep and maintenance for dynamic pass box:
(1) Newly installed or unused pass box should be carefully cleaned with non-dust-producing tools before use, and the inner and outer surfaces should be cleaned with a dust-free cloth once a week;
(2) Sterilize internal environment once a week and wipe UV lamp once a week (be sure to cut off the power supply);
(3) It is recommended to replace the filter every five years.
