After one month's production and package, we had successfully delivered 2*40HQ container for our Ireland clean room project. The main products are clean room panel, clean room door, airtight sliding door, roller shutter door, clean room window, pass box, FFU, clean closet, wash sink and other related fittings and accessories.
The labors did very flexible work when pick up all items into container and even the container schematic including all items inside is different from initial plan.
We did full inspect for all products and components and even did testing for some clean equipment such as pass box, FFU, FFU controller, etc. Actually we were still discussing this project during the production and finally the client required to add door closers and FFU controllers.
Tell the truth, this was very small project but we spent half year to discuss with the client from initial planning to final order. It will also take one more month by sea to destination seaport.
The client told us they will have another clean room project in next three months and they are very satisfied with our service and will ask the third party to do clean room installation and validation. The clean room project installation guide document and some user's manual were also sent to the client. We believe this would help a lot in their future work.
Hope we can have a cooperation in big clean room project in the future!
