One month ago we received a order of clean room project in the Philippines. We had already finished complete production and package very quickly after the client confirmed the design drawings.
Now we would like to briefly introduce this clean room project. It is only clean room structure system and consists of composite room and grinding room which is simply modularized by clean room panels, clean room doors, clean room windows, connector profiles and LED panel lights. The warehouse is very high space to accumulate this clean room, that’s why the middle steel platform or mezzanine are required to suspend clean room ceiling panels. We use 100mm soundproof sandwich panels as partitions and ceilings of grinding room because the grinding machine inside produce too much noise during operation.
It was only 5 days from initial discussion to final order, 2 days to design and 15 days to finish production and package. The client praised us a lot and we believe he was greatly impressed by our efficiency and ability.
Hope the container can arrive in the Philippines earlier. We will continue to assist the client to build a prefect clean room locally.
