Various machines and tools must be inspected before entering clean room site. Measuring instruments must be inspected by the supervisory inspection agency and must have valid documents. The decoration materials used in clean room should meet design requirements. At the same time, the following preparations should be made before the materials enter the site.
(1) Environmental conditions. The building decoration and decoration construction of the clean room should be completed after the factory floor waterproofing project and peripheral structure are completed, the factory building's outer doors and windows are installed, and the main structure project is accepted before it can be carried out. When decorating an existing building with clean room, the on-site environment and existing facilities should be cleaned and cleaned before construction can begin until the clean room construction requirements are met. The construction of clean room decoration must meet above conditions. In order to ensure that the clean room decoration construction project will not be contaminated or damaged by clean room building decoration semi-finished products during the relevant construction, the cleanliness control of the clean room construction process should be implemented. In addition, environmental preparation also includes on-site temporary facilities, hygienic environment of the factory, etc.
(2) Technical preparation. There are fewer construction machinery for clean room decoration than professional machinery such as air conditioning, ventilation, piping, and electrical equipment, but they should meet the requirements of building decoration and decoration construction; such as the fire resistance test report of cleanroom sandwich panel; electrostatic material test reports; production licenses for fire protection products; chemical composition identification certificates of various materials: drawings and performance test reports of related products; product quality assurance certificates, certificates of conformity, etc. Clean room decoration machines, tools and materials should be brought into the site in batches according to the needs of the cleanroom project progress. When entering the site, they should be reported to the owner or supervisory unit for inspection. Materials that have not been inspected cannot be used in the construction of the project and must be inspected in accordance with regulations. Take good notes. Materials should be properly kept at the specified site to prevent them from deteriorating or deforming due to rain, exposure, etc after entering the site.
(4) Personnel preparation. Construction personnel engaged in clean room decoration construction should first be familiar with relevant construction drawings, materials and construction machines and tools to be used, and should understand the construction process. At the same time, relevant pre-entry training should also be carried out, mainly including the following points.
①Cleanliness awareness training.
② Civilized construction and safe construction training.
③ Training on relevant management regulations of the owner, supervisor, general contractor, etc and management regulations of the unit.
④Training of access routes for construction personnel, materials, machinery, equipment, etc.
⑤ Training on procedures for wearing work clothes and clean room clothes.
⑥ Training on occupational health, safety and environmental protection.
⑦ During the early preparation process of the cleanroom project, the construction unit should pay attention to the allocation of project department management personnel and reasonably allocate them according to the size and difficulty of the cleanroom project.
