After half years’ discussion, we have successfully got a new order of a small bottle package clean room project in Ireland. Now the complete production is near the end, we will double check each item for this project. At first, we did successful test for roller shutter door in our factory.
Not limited to the typical feature of fast lifting speed and frequent opening, roller shutter door has advantages such as insulation, noise reduction, and dust prevention, making it the preferred door for modern factories.
The roller shutter door is composed of 4 parts: 1. Door metal frame: slideway + upper roller cover, 2. Soft curtain: PVC cloth+wind resistant rod, 3. Power and control system: servo motor+encoder, servo electric control box. 4. Protection control: photoelectric protection switch.
1. Door metal frame:
① The specification of high speed door slideway is 120*120*1.8mm, with fur strips embedded at opening to prevent insects and dust. The upper roller door cover is made of 1.0 galvanized sheet.
② Galvanized roller specification: 114*2.0mm. The door PVC cloth is directly wrapped around the roller.
③ Metal surface is white powder coated, with better anti-corrosion performance than spray painting, and colors are optional.
2. Soft curtain:
① Door cloth: The door cloth is made of flame-retardant PVC coating cloth imported from France, and the surface of the door cloth is treated specially to prevent dust and easy to clean.
The thickness of the door cloth is about 0.82mm, 1050g/㎡, and it is suitable for temperatures ranging from -30 to 60℃.
Tear resistance of door fabric: 600N/600N (warp/weft)
Door fabric tensile strength: 4000/3500 (warp/weft) N5cm
② Transparent window: Made of PVC transparent film with a thickness of 1.5mm. The high speed roller shutter door adopts a pull-out structure, making it easy to replace.
③ Wind resistant rod: The roller shutter door adopts crescent shaped aluminum alloy wind resistant rod, and the bottom beam adopts 6063 aviation aluminum alloy material, which can withstand wind up to level 5.
3. Power and control system:
① POWEVER servo motor: small size, low noise, and high power. The output power of the motor is the same when running fast and slow, but different from ordinary variable frequency motors, the slower the speed, the lower the power. The motor is equipped with a magnetic induction encoder at the bottom, which accurately controls the limit position.
② POWEVER servo electric control box:
Technical parameters: Voltage 220V/Power 0.75Kw
The controller adopts IPM intelligent module, with a compact structure and stronger functions, which can achieve various automatic functions.
Operating functions: Speed can be adjusted, limit settings can be set, automatic and manual functions can be achieved through the electric control box screen, and Chinese and English conversion can be achieved.
4. Photoelectric protection:
① Photoelectric specification: 24V/7m reflective type
② Install a set of protective photoelectric devices at the lower position. If people or objects block the photoelectric devices, the door will automatically rebound or not fall to provide protection.
5. Backup power supply:
220V/750W, size 345*310*95mm; The mains power is connected to the backup power supply, and the output power of the backup power supply is connected to the electric control box. When the mains power is cut off, the backup power supply automatically switches to the backup power supply, and the high speed door automatically opens within 15 seconds. When the mains power is supplied normally, the fast door automatically drops and operates normally.
In order to make sure final successful installation on-site, we also sent User’s Manual with these high speed doors and make some English labels on some important components such as interlock interface. Hope this can help a lot for our client!
