Air conditioning purification project is a large energy consumer, so attention should be paid to energy-saving measures during design and construction. In the design, the division of systems and areas, calculation of air supply volume, determination of temperature and relative temperature, determination of cleanliness level and number of air changes, fresh air ratio, air duct insulation, and the impact of the bite form in air duct production on the air leakage rate. The influence of the main pipe branch connection angle on air flow resistance, whether the flange connection is leaking, and the selection of equipment such as air conditioning boxes, fans, chillers, etc. are all related to energy consumption, so these details must be taken into consideration.

4. Choose an air conditioner based on climate conditions

Regarding the selection of air conditioning, the climate environment where they are located should be considered. For example, in northern areas where the winter temperature is low and the air contains a lot of dust, a fresh air preheating section should be added to the general air conditioning unit and a water spray air treatment method should be used to clean the air and generate heat and temperature exchange. Achieve the required temperature and humidity. In the southern region where the climate is humid and the dust concentration in the air is low, there is no need to preheat the fresh air in winter. Primary filter is used for air filtration and temperature and humidity adjustment. The cold surface can also be used to adjust temperature and humidity. It is best to use a variable frequency fan for the air-conditioning fan, which not only saves energy, but also flexibly adjusts the air volume and pressure.

5. The air conditioning machine room should be located on the side of the clean room

The location of the air conditioning machine room should be on the side of the clean room. This not only saves energy, but also facilitates the layout of the air ducts and makes the air flow organization more reasonable. At the same time, it can save engineering costs.

6. Multi-machine chillers are more flexible

If the chiller requires a large cooling capacity, it is not advisable to use a single machine but multiple mechanisms. The motor should use variable frequency speed regulation to reduce the starting power. Multiple machines can be used flexibly without wasting energy like a "big horse-drawn cart".

7. Automatic control device ensures full adjustment

At present, some manufacturers use manual methods to control air volume and air pressure. However, since the regulating valves for controlling air volume and air pressure are all in technical compartment, and the ceilings are also soft ceilings made of sandwich panels, they are basically installed and debugged. It was adjusted at the time, but most of it has not been adjusted since then, and it is actually impossible to adjust it. In order to ensure the normal production and work of the clean room, a relatively complete set of automatic control devices should be set up to achieve the following functions: clean room air cleanliness, temperature and humidity, pressure difference monitoring, air valve adjustment; high-purity gas, pure water and circulating cooling, detection of water temperature, pressure and flow rate; monitoring of gas purity and pure water quality, etc.
