Today we have successfully delivered 1*20GP container for a batch of different kinds of clean room product package to Slovenia.
The client want to upgrade their clean room to manufacture better laboratory consumables. The on-site walls and ceilings are already built, so they purchase lots of other items from us such as clean room door, automatic sliding door, roller shutter door, clean room window, air shower, fan filter unit, hepa filter, LED panel light, etc.
There are some special requirements on these products. The fan filter unit match with pressure gauge to alarm when hepa filter is over the resistance. The automatic sliding door and roller shutter door are required to be interlocked. Additionally, we provide the pressure released valve to adjust an excess of pressure in their clean room.
It was only 7 days from initial discussion to final order and 30 days to finish production and package. During the discussion, the client constantly to add more spare hepa filters and prefilters. The user’s manual and drawing for these clean room products are also attached with cargos. We believe this would help a lot for the installation and operation.
Due to a tense situation in the Red Sea, we think the ship have to sail via Cape of Good Hope and will arrive in Slovenia later than before. Wish a peaceful world!
