Recently, one of our USA client feedback that they had successfully installed the clean room doors which were purchased from us. We were very happy to hear that and would like to share here.
The most special feature of these clean room doors is they are English inch unit that is different from our Chinese metric unit, so we should transfer inch unit into metric unit first and then we can see there is a precision issue which wound not matter because it is allowed with 1mm error in clean room door installation. We convinced this USA client that we did clean room doors with inch unit before with another USA client.
The second special feature is that the view window is quite big compared to its door leaf, so we manufactured the view window based on estimated proportion from his provided door picture.
The third special feature is the double door size is quite big. If we do integrated one door frame, it would be not convenient to deliver. That’s why we decide to divide door frame into 3 pieces at top, leaf and right side. We had already shot some installation videos before delivery and showed to this client.
Additionally, these clean room doors are GMP compliant airtight, which can meet with the client requirement for his machinery workshop. We can use our 50mm thickness door leaf and customized door frame thickness to connect with this plasterboard. Only outside door is flush with this wall to make it more good-looking.
