We received a new order of a set of single person air shower before 2024 CNY holidays. This order is from a chemical workshop in Saudi Arabia. There are large industrial powder on the worker's body and shoes after a whole day's work, so the client require to add shoe cleaner into air shower passageway to remove powder from people walking through.
Not only we did normal commissioning for air shower but also we did successful commissioning for shoe cleaner. When the air shower arrive at site, the client have to do 2 steps as below before shoe cleaner can work smoothly and then connect the power port at top side of air shower with local power supply AC380V, 3 phase, 60Hz.
- Screw off this perforated panel to see power port which should be connect with local power supply(AC220V) and effectively connect with grounding wire.
- Open the passageway panel to see water inlet port and water drainage port which should be both connected with local water pipe to water tank/sewer.
The user's manual both for air shower control panel and shoe cleaner is dispatched with air shower, we believe the client will like our air shower and know how to operate it!
