With the emergence of clean room engineering and the expansion of its scope of application in recent years, the use of clean room has become higher and higher, and more and more people have begun to pay attention to clean room engineering. Now we will tell you in detail and let’s understand how clean room system is composed.

Clean room system consists of:

1. Enclosed structure system: Simply put, it is the roof, walls and floor. That is to say, the six surfaces form a three-dimensional closed space. Specifically, it includes doors, windows, decorative arcs, etc;

2. Electrical system: lighting, power and weak current, including cleanroom lamps, sockets, electrical cabinets, wires, monitoring, telephone and other strong and weak current system;

3. Air ducting system: including supply air, return air, fresh air, exhaust ducts, terminals and control devices, etc;

4. Air conditioning system: including cold (hot) water units (including water pumps, cooling towers, etc.) (or air-cooled pipeline stages, etc.), pipelines, combined air handling unit (including mixed flow section, primary filtration section, heating/cooling section, dehumidification section, pressurization section, medium filtration section, static pressure section, etc.);

5. Automatic control system: including temperature control, air volume and pressure control, opening sequence and time control, etc;

6. Water supply and drainage system: water supply, drainage pipe, facilities and control device, etc.;

7. Other cleanroom equipment: auxiliary cleanroom equipment, such as ozone generator, ultraviolet lamp, air shower (including cargo air shower), pass box, clean bench, biosafety cabinet, weighing booth, interlock device, etc.
