Paperboard prefilter has water resistant cardboard frame and is fully supported media bonded onto a wire support grid. Diagonal stiffener stuck to media to keep the spacing of folds, protect and maintain the filter. Rounded pleats for a maximum capacity of dust retention and facilitate airflow through the media. Its filter media is replaceable and connect with crossbar. Low pressure drop media resulting in low energy costs. It can be divided into G2, G3, G4 according to its filter efficiency 65% - 90%. The service temperature is 80ºC maximum and 100% relative humidity in continuous service. It is robust construction and retaining wire for media pad and is suitable for all kinds of commercial and industrial applications.
