Class II Laboratory Biosafety Cabinet

Biosafety cabinet is comprised of external casing, HEPA filter, variable supply air unit, work table, control panel, air exhaust damper. The external casing is made of thin powder coated steel sheet. The working area is full stainless steel structure with flexible and easy-cleaning work table. Top air exhaust damper can be connected with exhaust duct by the owner and concentrate and exhaust air in the cabinet into outdoor environment. The control electrical circuit have fan malfunction alarm, HEPA filter malfunction alarm and sliding glass door opening over-height alarm system. The product use airflow variable system, which can keep air velocity in clean working area at the rated scope and also effectively extend main components service life such as HEPA filter. The air in working area is pressed into static pressure box via front and back return air outlet. Some air are exhausted after exhaust HEPA filter via top air exhaust damper. Other air are supplied from air inlet via supply HEPA filter to become clean airflow. The clean air flow working area by fixed section air velocity and then become high-cleanliness working environment. The exhausted air can be compensated from the fresh air in front air inlet. The working area is surrounded with negative pressure, which can effectively seal non-clean aerosol within working area to ensure operator safety.
