Short Description:

ESD garment is the most normal clean room clothes which use polyester as main body and integrated with specialized polyester filament and high-performance permanently conductive fiber at longitude and latitude via special process procedure. The ESD performance can reach to 10E6-10E9Ω/cm2 which can effectively release electrostatic load from human body. The garment don’t produce and accumulate dust which can effectively kill and restrain bacteria. Match with PU footwear and multi color and size optional.

ESD garment is mainly made of 98% polyester and 2% carbon fiber. It is 0.5mm strip and 0.25/0.5mm grid. The double-layer fabric can be used from leg to waist. The elastic cord can be used at wrist and ankle. The front zipper and side zipper are optional. With hook and loop fastener to freely shrink neck size, comfortable to wear. It is easy to take on and off with excellent dustproof performance. Pocket design at hand and convenient to put daily supplies. Precise suture, very flat, neat and good-looking. The assembly line work mode is used from design, cut, tailor, pack and seal. Fine workmanship and high production capacity.
