GMP Standard Handmade Hollow Magnesium Sandwich Panel

Handmade magnesium sandwich panel has color steel sheet as the surface layer, structural hollow magnesium board and strip as the core layer, with surrounded galvanized steel keel and special adhesive composite. It is processed via a series of procedures such as heating, pressing, glue curing, reinforcement, etc. Further more, it can be blocked at four sides and reinforced by mechanical pressing plate, so that the panel surface is more flat and higher strength. Compared to machine-made hollow magnesium panel, it has higher stability and better installation effect. With great strength performance, the opening can be made to install different components such as light, hepa filter, air conditioner, etc. The most popular color is grey white RAL 9002 and the other color in RAL also can be customized as required. Actually, non-standard panels of various specifications can be also customized according to design requirements.
