GMP Standard Handmade Rockwool Sandwich Panel

Handmade rock wool sandwich panel has color steel sheet as the surface layer, structural rock wool as the core layer, with surrounded galvanized steel keel and special adhesive composite. It is processed via a series of procedures such as heating, pressing, glue curing, reinforcement, etc. Further more, it can be blocked at four sides and reinforced by mechanical pressing plate, so that the panel surface is more flat and higher strength. Compared to machine-made rock wool panel, it has higher stability and better installation effect. With great sound insulation performance, thicker rockwool panel with ponching at single side are used for some local machine room where produce large noise. Additionally, PVC wiring conduit can be embedded into rock wool wall panel to install switch, socket, etc in the future. The most popular color is grey white RAL 9002 and the other color in RAL also can be customized as required. Actually, non-standard panels of various specifications can be also customized according to design requirements.
